Servicing your pump

Should your pump become damaged or broken, or if it is

not working properly, you will need to call Deltec, Inc. to

arrange to have the pump replaced.

Before contacting Deltec, please be sure that you know

the pump serial number (located on the back of the pump),

and are able to give a brief description of the problem.

Customer Service will arrange for a replacement pump to

be shipped to you.

Warning: You must be prepared to inject insulin with

an insulin syringe or pen until the new pump ar-

rives. Contact your physician if you require supplies,

such as a prescription for intermediate- or long-acting

insulin and syringes.

Before sending the pump, make sure that you have a com-

plete record of all your pump settings so that you can

program the replacement pump correctly when it arrives.

Warning: You must not use the replacement pump

until it is correctly personalized.
